Empecemos por Tulum, que es donde vemos las barras m\u00e1s altas y durante el a\u00f1o 2023 alcanz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 250 desarrollos que ofrecen unidades de entre 100 y 200 mil d\u00f3lares, es aqu\u00ed donde se concentra la mayor cantidad de su oferta, seguido de las unidades entre 200 y 300 mil d\u00f3lares para despu\u00e9s disminuir en el rango de 300 a 400.
