Miremos los n\u00fameros por tipo de unidad; en el caso de Playa del Carmen el incremento es notorio en las unidades tipo estudio, y tal cual hemos presentado en los videos de Nuevos Desarrollos en The Red Search, existe una tendencia a los desarrollos peque\u00f1os, cercanos al mar y con administraci\u00f3n hotelera, mismos que ofrecen a la venta unidades tipo Estudio y muy pocas unidades de m\u00e1s de una rec\u00e1mara. Zona comprendida por el Tulum Country Club y el Residencial Sirenis, los cuales se encuentra en un momento de baja tanto de unidades como ventas. De hecho, hemos visto un reducido n\u00famero de nuevos desarrollos de gran cantidad de unidades desde ya hace varios a\u00f1os.
