Uno de los comentarios recurrentes entre&nbsp; desarrolladores y comercializadores de proyectos en la Costa Yucateca era precisamente que el producto m\u00e1s vendido o lo primero que se vend\u00eda de cada desarrollo eran las unidades de m\u00e1s de 3 rec\u00e1maras y los pent-houses.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, la oferta inmobiliaria se ha extendido hacia un menor n\u00famero de rec\u00e1maras, ofertando 5 veces m\u00e1s unidades de 2 rec\u00e1maras y 24 (hasta el momento) de una rec\u00e1mara. No perdamos de vista, que la cantidad de desarrollos tambi\u00e9n se han incrementado en muy buena cantidad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precio por metro cuadrado: 2023 vs 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un indicador interesante siempre es el precio por metro cuadrado de las unidades a la venta. Dividimos esta gr\u00e1fica por ciudades en las que el desarrollo inmobiliario est\u00e1 despuntando, y encontramos que el precio por m2 m\u00e1s elevado se encuentra en Yucalpet\u00e9n, que engloba por cierto a la Marina Yucalpet\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-1024x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-1024x300.png 1024w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-300x88.png 300w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-768x225.png 768w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-175x51.png 175w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-450x132.png 450w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874-1170x342.png 1170w, https:\/\/theredsearch.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/df2b4e90-4d02-4f5c-a692-380ba3694874.png 1429w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, y especulando un poco, el decremento en precio por metro cuadrado estar\u00eda dado por la apertura de nuevos desarrollos en zonas un tanto alejadas del mar, la calidad de las nuevas construcciones y por supuesto la competencia actual.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el primer trimestre de 2023 Chicxulub contaba con un precio promedio por m2 de 2,707 d\u00f3lares y tiene el menor decremento entre estas peque\u00f1as ciudades ahora con 2,429 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado. Zonas como San Crisanto y Telchac Puerto tienen pronunciados decrementos de precio y ha alcanzado los precios similares a zonas de ciudades alejadas del mar o desarrollos que no ofrecen unidades lujosas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Precio promedio de los desarrollos: 2023 vs 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora s\u00ed, veamos el indicador m\u00e1s buscado por asesores y compradores finales; me refiero por supuesto a el precio promedio de las unidades por ciudad.
